Shoppable Landing Page

Project Overview

As ongoing UX/UI optimization partners with these two undergarment fashion brands, we supported a testing initiative to determine the value of a shoppable landing page experience against their standard product page display. The business came to the table with some ideas for value-add features, and coupled with our own market research, we created a wireframe display that featured a marketing hero section, shoppable product configurator, interactive before & after display, product comparison chart and in-page UGC video blocks.

The native structure of either site was able to support these new features, so in addition to creating design mockups for the business to review and approve, we also developed custom sections for the product configurator display within the landing page template, interactive before & after, and a scalable product comparison display optimized for ease of use on mobile.

Performance testing is still in progress, but we’re expecting a boost in engagement and conversion KPIs for both sites.

These brands desired a more robust product structure for several of their primary SKUs with the hypothesis that this more experiential approach would improve engagement and conversion by their users over the standard product display they’ve been using. Creating a landing page template that also features a product configurator was a great alternative to testing traffic arriving from external marketing channels.

ADDITIONAL PRODUCT DISPLAY FEATURES

As a result of this testing approach, we worked with the business team to define and develop several new product display features that can be reused across their website, such as a “before and after” interactive slider, a product story video feature with related icons and labels, and configurable product comparison chart.
